Marketplace License & Transactions Reports is missing some Partners details

Investigating

We're sending empty values intermittently in the Licenses and Transactions reports for the below fields:
- partnerDetails.billingContact
- partnerDetails.partnerName
- partnerDetails.partnerType
This would be impacting all the Marketplace Partners.
