Connect authentication returning 401 Unauthorised for all Forms API requests

Resolved

We have now resolved an issue where apps accessing the Forms API via Connect authentication were returning a 401 Unauthorised response.
This impacted all calls to the Forms API using Connect authentication between Sunday 18th Feb 3:10am UTC and Monday 19th Feb 11pm UTC.

We apologise for the pain caused by this incident, and by our delayed communications.
