JSM Assets API using connect authentications were disrupted

We experienced a disruption affecting all JSM assets APIs using Connect JWT and user impersonation for connect apps, starting on September 13th at 2:05 AM UTC and lasting until September 17th at 3:36 PM UTC. This issue was caused by an internal routing change within Atlassian systems. During this time, all Assets API calls using Connect authentications were disrupted. The issue has now been resolved, and all affected APIs are fully operational again. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
