We have encountered an issue with Marketplace Partner reporting related to pre-billed transactions, leading to the presence of some outdated license data. Consequently, the dates for certain licenses with pre-billed transactions are not updating correctly once the pre-billed transaction starts.

Approximately 10,000 licenses across 343 partners have been affected by this issue since 21st June, 2023. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our team is working to address this matter. Once the solution is implemented, Licenses will be updated accordingly, enabling you to retrieve the corrected information. We anticipate completing the fix within approximately 6 from now and will provide a follow-up status once the resolution is in place.
