Between 6:30UTC and 13:00 UTC, we experienced a partial outage of Jira REST APIs for Connect apps in EU regions. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Investigating

We are investigating reports of intermittent errors for Connect apps accessing Jira Cloud REST APIs. Increased rates of 403 errors are being returned in EU regions. We will provide more details once we identify the root cause. Next update expected within the next 2 hours.
