Paid Forge Apps not getting installed on some sites

Resolved

We are currently investigating an incident where Forge paid apps on some sites cannot be installed between 5th September 1 AM UTC to 9th September 5 PM UTC. This is caused by invalid data sent during the installation process - this is now fixed and the functionality is back to normal.

All apps which failed installation, will need to be reinstalled.

This incident affected: Support (Developer community) and Marketplace (In-product Marketplace and app installation (Cloud)).
