Resolved

Between 02/10/2019 06:36 UTC to 02/10/2019 07:34 UTC, we experienced a routing issue at our Load Balancers for auth.atlassian.io which resulted on apps not being able to perform user impersonation via the OAuth2 service. The issue has now been resolved and the service is operating normally.
