The issue has been resolved now, all the Atlassian Marketplace functionalities are back to normal.

We are continuing to fix this issue , The Logins are successful now ,so should unblock Vendor Management ,Vendor home page,Reporting APIs and dashboards , App listings etc. Our developers are working with internal teams to resolve the issue with App evaluations and app creation.

This incident affected: Marketplace (App listing management, Evaluations and purchases, In-product Marketplace and app installation (Cloud), Vendor management) and Authentication and user management.
